RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At HAJICLOTHING, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
We comply with all consumer protection laws and offer a 14-day right of return from the date you receive your order.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags and any original packaging must be included.

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. The customer is responsible for the item until it has been received by us.
How to Return an Item

Notify us within 14 days of receiving your package by sending an email to support@hajiclothing.com.
Please include your order number and the reason for return. -
Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.

Keep your receipt and tracking number until your return has been confirmed.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs and either issue a full refund or send a replacement item.
